Residential Park Lozen EOOD has launched Phase 2 of the project, which will expand the complex with another 59 two-family and row houses. The company already has all building permits and plans to start the construction works at the beginning of 2021.

The interest in the complex is very high and at the moment almost all residential units from Phase 1 are already sold out, which motivates our decision to start the next stage of the project.
