A memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed by the Vice-Rector for E-Governance at the Technical University of Sofia Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rossen Radonov and Assoc. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of "Lozen Tech Park" EOOD and "Lindner Immobilien Management" EOOD.

The agreement is the next one concluded by Lozen Tech Park after the already signed memoranda with UNWE (University of National and World Economy) and UACEG (University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy) and reinforces the investor's firm commitment for future successful partnership relations between business and the academic community. The memorandum includes joint initiatives and projects, organization of seminars and conferences, public lectures and internships for students, etc.

"Lindner Immobilien Management" EOOD is a company specializing in investment and construction control of the projects of the "Lindner" Group in Bulgaria, also a member of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

"Lozen Tech Park" is the new large-scale project of the German Group "Lindner" in our country after the already successful projects "Business Park Sofia", "Residential Park Sofia" and "Residential Park Lozen". It is a new generation business park that gives a different and fresh look to the working environment, close to nature, among lots of greenery and places for recreation and relaxation. With "Lozen Tech Park", "Lindner" aims to build, manage and develop a science and technology park, as well as the related public infrastructure and also to create a favorable business environment for the advancement of economic, R&D activities.

Currently, the construction of Phase 1 is underway, which represents an investment of about 20 million BGN and includes 2 buildings with offices and commercial areas.
