"Residential Park Lozen" EOOD, would like to announce that as of the 9th of October 2025, “Panorama Lozen” Street was put into operation - a new road section connecting the Southern Arc of the Sofia Ring Road with “Manastirska Vodenitsa” Street. The section has a total length of 260 meters. Within the scope of the works, carried out by "Residential Park Lozen" EOOD to improve the infrastructure in the area, a complete rehabilitation of “Manastirska Vodenitsa” Street from “Panorama Lozen” Street to the entrance of residential complex "Lozen Park" was also completed. A proper traffic organization has been established at the new intersection of “Manastirska Vodenitsa” Street and “Panorama Lozen” Street, and all necessary road signs have been installed. Please note that "Panorama Lozen" Street has the right of way, and we urge all drivers to observe the road regulations and drive with caution.

The construction of this new road connection is part of the long-term vision of residential complex "Lozen Park" for creating a more accessible, well-connected and secure living environment on the outskirts of Sofia — just minutes away from the city.
