On the 22th of April 2025, at the office of “Lindner Immobilien Management” EOOD, we welcomed the finalists of the competition “Technologies and Innovations for Sustainable Development”, organized by “Lozen Tech Park” EOOD with the kind assistance of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). The students presented their developments and impressed us with their ideas, enthusiasm and good preparation!
The jury, consisting of Mr. Rosen Plevneliev - President of the Republic of Bulgaria 2012 - 2017 and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Lozen Tech Park; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Hristov Ranchev – General Manager of Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD and Lozen Tech Park EOOD, Head of the Department of Financial Control, UNWE, Dobromir Ivanov - Executive Director of the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Association and Member of the Advisory Board of Lozen Tech Park, as well as Rumen Velichkov, Commercial Director at Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD, distinguished three of the projects and presented certificates.
Here are the awarded projects of students from UNWE:
1st place - "CarPool - Application for shared travel between colleagues", Project by Lyubka Kiryanska, Rebecca Semova, Gergana Dyakova with the academic supervision of Chief Assist. Dr. Margarita Alexandrova Ivanova;
2nd place - "GreenDays Mobile Application", Project by Marinela Todorova and Andrey Vishnevsky with the academic supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexandrina Murdjeva;
3rd place – “Mobile application S.C.A.L.E. (Sustainable Change, Active Living for Everyone)” – Project by Miriam Rime and Victoria Gabrovska with the academic supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexandrina Murdjeva.
Extremely positive for us is the “green” thread that is the basis of all these projects – environmental protection, reducing the carbon footprint, taking care of our health, all relevant and potential areas for development.
Congratulations to the winners, and we at “Lozen Tech Park” will continue our cooperation with them in order to further develop and implement the submitted proposals!
