Тhe Groundbreaking ceremony of Phase 1 of "Lozen Tech Park" took place оn June 21, 2023 . This is the new project of the “Lindner” Group in Bulgaria, with which the german investor of the projects "Business Park Sofia", "Residential Park Sofia" and "Residential Park Lozen", confirmed its image of an innovator on the Bulgarian market in the field of residential and office projects. "Lozen Tech Park" is a new generation business park that gives a different and fresh look to the working environment, close to nature, among lots of green areas and places for recreation and relaxation. With "Lozen Tech Park", “Lindner” aims to build, manage and develop a science and technology park, as well as the associated public infrastructure, creating a favorable business environment for the development of economic and research activities related to the development and implementation of business innovation, supporting the growth of the information technology sector, high technology and digital skills.

The park is in close proximity to  residential complex “Lozen Park”, known as “Residential Park Lozen”, which, again, is part of a comprehensive and well-thought-out concept and offers the sought-after symbiosis between workplace and home. A close and convenient connection to the Ring Road is about to be built, ensuring quick access to the city, and with the incredible mountain views, peace and quiet, the location becomes more than attractive.

 "Lozen Tech Park" begins with Phase 1, including 2 residential buildings with offices and commercial areas, including a shop, restaurant, canteen and cafes, as well as underground parking and extensive green areas for walking and recreation. The construction covers an area of 8,913 square meters and a gross built-up area of about 7,600 square meters. A total of 124 underground and above-ground parking spaces are planned, as well as over 100 spaces for bicycle parking. Traditionally, it relies on high quality construction execution, renowned manufacturers and selected products, including those of "Lindner".

The Groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Hans-Jörg Hassel, General Manager of the foreign investor company "Lindner Projektentwicklungs" GmbH, part of the “Lindner” AG group, Mr. Christian Enzesberger, Business Unit Manager at "Lindner" AG, as well as Mr. Markus Pletz and Mr. Georgi Ranchev – General Managers of “Lozen Tech Park”.

The event was also honored by our partners - the main contractor of the project "Lindner Bulgaria" EOOD, Architectural Bureau "IPA" ЕООD, the Construction supervision "Stroitelni Consultants" OOD, etc.
