The Lindner Group is increasing the volume of its investments in Bulgaria

On October 10th, 2023 at 10:00 AM in Residential Park Lozen and in the presence of Mrs. Milena Stoycheva, Minister of Innovation and Growth, Her Excellency Irene Maria Plank, Ambassador of Germany to Bulgaria, Mr. Nikolay Gyurov - Mayor of Pancharevo Municipality, Mr. Helmut Lang, executive director of Lindner Group AG and Mr. Tim Kurth, president of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as well as hundreds of guests - top managers of German companies, at a special ceremony a new, large-scale investment of the German Group Lindner in Bulgaria was announced.

The Minister of Innovation and Growth will award the Campus Lozen Park project with a Class A Investment Certificate for the construction of innovative educational infrastructure. She emphasized that the project is in line with the ministry's role to promote investments related to the development of the educational environment and new technologies, as well as activities with high added value.

The Managing Director of Lindner Group AG, Helmut Lang, announced that this way the investment in Residential Park Lozen will reach 300 million BGN and the total investment of Lindner in Bulgaria will be more than 600 million BGN, which makes it one of the largest German investors in the country.

Tim Kurth, President of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce shared that he is optimistic about the future and hopes that the business will be able to cope with all the challenges. Another proof of this is the general investment of "Lindner Group" AG in Bulgaria, with which the company ranks among the largest German investors in the country.

After the official opening the first sod was laid for a school and kindergarten . The project will be realised in a long-term partnership with Uwekind International School. Lindner's initial investment in the project is 15 million BGN. With the implementation of the project, offering education and informal learning, related to culture, arts, languages, and sports, within Lozen Park, surrounded by nature, and in close proximity to the mountain, Lindner strives to build a safe and better environment for education and development of the children. Campus Lozen Park is planned to commence its operational activities in the autumn of 2025.

This is the next large-scale project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, after the already successfully completed Residential Park Lozen, Residential Park Sofia and Business Park Sofia projects.

Simultaneously with Campus Lozen Park, Lindner will also invest in a high-technology park - Lozen Tech Park. Phase 1 is already under construction, and it is an investment of around 20 million BGN.  With Lozen Tech Park Lindner aims to build, manage and develop a science and technology park, and also to create a favorable business environment for the advancement of economic, research and development activities. The project is already in the process of certification for a priority investment project. Memorandums of cooperation have already been signed with the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), as well as with the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG). Lozen Park will be a modern suburban center, built with high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in mind, for working people and families, with high-quality infrastructure and business environment. Together with the technology park and educational services it will offer, Lindner creates a unique symbiosis between home, work and social life, all in one place.

Part of the investment is also Lozen Park, a modern residential complex, located near the village of Lozen. Phase 1, comprising of 136 houses, was entered into exploitation at the end of 2022. The project represents an investment worth about 80 million BGN and continues with subsequent Phases, and Phase 2 already under construction.
