On September 12, 2025, Uwekind International School officially opened its new building in residential complex Lozen Park – a modern campus for kindergarten and primary school.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Sofia Vasil Terziev, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Assoc. Prof. Dr. Petar Nikolov, the Head of the Regional Department of Education of Sofia-city Dr. Eleonora Lilova, the Mayor of the village of Lozen Vasil Stanchev, the Mayor of the Pancharevo district Evgeniya Aleksieva, Dr. Vanya Kastreva – long-time Head of the Regional Department of Education of Sofia-city, as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD.

The ceremony was opened by the directors Yulia Pchelarova and Zarina Ivanova-Fileva, who emphasized that “Uwekind has always been more than a school – Uwekind is a community. A community of children, teachers and parents, which exists and grows thanks to shared values.”

The Mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, congratulated the school with the words: “I believe that the opening of every new school or kindergarten is a real celebration, because education is the engine of our society.”

Dr. Eleonora Lilova noted: “Uwekind has already proven its successes – here the children not only learn, here the children develop as individuals and prepare for life.”

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of “Lindner Immobilien Management” EOOD, stated: “Lindner’s total investment in this project is 10 million EUR – one of the most valuable and worthwhile investments among all 350 million EUR that the company has invested in Bulgaria.”

The new campus in Lozen Park is designed with children in mind and offers modern science laboratories, a sports’ hall, certified according to FIBA standards, a canteen with its own kitchen, a spacious auditorium, a workshop and specialized offices for arts and sciences.

With the new building, Uwekind continues to affirm its mission – to prepare children to grow up as free and confident individuals with values and knowledge for the future.

“Campus Lozen Park” EOOD, a company of the Lindner Group, is an investor in this remarkable educational center in a long-term partnership with International School Uwekind. In 2023, the project was awarded a Class A Investment Certificate by the Bulgarian Investment Agency for the construction of innovative educational infrastructure. Through the implementation of this project, Lindner strives to create a safe and better environment for the learning and development of children.
